Purchase Contract accepted and terms agreed upon.
Earnest monies deposited
Buyer to meet with lender, complete application and lock in rate.
Inspections scheduled
Seller's Property Disclosures given to buyer for review, needs to be signed and dated by buyer within 5 days.
Property History, Insurance claims and Risks, given to buyer for review.
Inspection report (s) reviewed and repair request written and given to seller within 10 days of accepted contract.
If Loan is involved, appraisal is done.
Final walk thru 3 days prior to recordation all repairs to be completed and invoices provided.
Transfer of utilities and schedule day and time to sign closing documents at Title Company. (If loan is involved, buyer to sign 3 days prior to recordation).
Property records at County, Buyer receives keys to new home.
